Out of the blue Anxiety? Featured

Hello all, new to the site. For the last couple of months I've been experiencing some health issues that seem completely foreign to me. I say foreign because these issues have hit me out of the blue leaving me to think I've got other health issues going on rather than anxiety attacks or what not. I've been having these symptoms so to say, so bad that I'm left thinking something serious with my health might be going on. I've recently went to my doctor to discuss these symptoms which have had me doing lab tests, seeing specialists as well as trying to self-diagnosis myself due to curiosity. I know that they say to stay off of Google as it can put thousands of thoughts inside of your head, but like I mentioned, these symptoms have hit me out of the blue. My doctor did an EKG and breathing tests which to him seemed abnormal and thought possibly a virus might be attacking MY heart. I've seen a pulmonoligist, cardiologist and have done dozens of panels/lab tests as the results have all came back negative. I've been to the ER as episodes have hit hard during night time. Heart palpations, shortness of breath, fatigue, confusion, stuffynose, poor eyesight, night sweats, tons of weird vivid dreams and even shakes/tremors are what I have encountered. I'm winded when doing small excerises and I'm a healthy individual. Keep in mind, I'm 30 years old, 5'6", clean diet, and exercise quite often. I'm either at the gym, indoor rock climbing, or riding my dirtbike (grew up racing motocross for 13 years). My doctor is impressed that my weight has stayed the same for the last 4-5 years as 140lbs is my weight. My question to you guys is, does this sound like symptoms of anxiety or panic attacks or possibly other underlying health issues considering my doctor, specialists and blood work all show that I'm fine? I've had one doctor tell me I may need to consider/accept that I have an Ill/mental disorder and that I may need to consider seeking help. At this point I feel lost and unsure. Any help, suggestions or recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Hi! I am 24, and I am currently having this same issue.. I have always had depression and axiety problems, but i've always been able to manage. This past month or two I have been having trouble breathing, and I went to urgent care and the er 4-5 times in a span of two weeks because I thought my heart was going to stop.. The doctors say I am perfectly healthy but I can't shake this dreadful feeling.. They have put me on 10mg of celexa a day and it has been about 6 days now.. I feel awful, dizzy, nauseous, sweating palms, dehydrated, trouble sleeping and concentrating, i feel like I am losing my mind.. I noticed it has been a year since you have posted this and was wondering if you are doing any better? Maybe there's hope for me?
